In order to provide as much value to our customers, we are absorbing some of the shipping costs. Our customers will only pay a flat rate of £2 for delivery. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48. We are continuously working on finding ways to lower this cost. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please reach out to us beforehand. We will do everything we can to assist you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you're missing a package, it's worth checking with your local post office and neighbours first. If you still can't find it, please click here to get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help locate it. However, please keep in mind that if the delay in your Royal Mail delivery is due to factors beyond our control, such as industrial action or severe weather conditions, we may be unable to resolve the issue.

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. However, we are working with our partners to make it more affordable for our valued customers. We are striving to make it available soon, so please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates and exclusive offers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM (except on Bank Holidays).

Once dispatched, you can expect your parcel within 2-4 working days or sooner.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Contact us for a returns reference number, address, and the reason for your return. 

If purchased in one of our pop-up shops, it may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date mentioned on the receipt. Proof of purchase must be provided with the original paper or digital receipt. 

The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. 

If your item is included in a bundle/set or contains a free gift, please return the entire set to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer partial refunds. 

Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.


To ensure the safety of your items during the return process, we suggest using their original mailer box and a secure delivery method with proof of postage. Once we receive the items, we'll issue a refund accordingly. Our priority is to provide you with a positive CEZONS experience.
